Founded in New York, 1980, by eight women who decided that if they banded together, they could support each other in advancing their careers and businesses. This vision is at the core of what we do by actively engaging our members through committees that are run by members. The committees are structured to provide leadership opportunities while pursuing the mission of the organization. Men are welcome and key to what we do because we know, together we are better.
