Mentorship Committee

To promote women in the construction industry by allowing experienced and emerging professionals to engage in a meaningful and supportive relationship that fosters growth and confidence.

The mentorship program runs for 8 months. Here’s an example of the program schedule:

• June 2025: Application for mentees and mentors opens
• September 2025: Kickoff meeting, pairs are assigned
• 3-4 events throughout the program inviting all pairs to get together
• May 2026: Closing Ceremony
